Hello,
Over a month ago I purchased a Logitech audio headset which connects to my Lenovo laptop via USB-A. I haven't had any problems with it until just now.
I unplugged the headset to listen to something on speakers, then plugged the headset back in. Instead of re-selecting the headset as the audio input / output device, the PC started glitching uncontrollably between it and the default in-built audio device (Realtek). I turned the laptop off, unplugged the headset and restarted the laptop but the issue persists. I've restarted multiple times but no luck. The devices keep glitching in and out on every menu (e.g. System menu, Bluetooth & devices menu, Volume control menu on the task bar) so I cannot select, disable or uninstall the headset on any menu (the menus keep crashing every time I try).
I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. Can anyone please advise?
Laptop: Lenovo V15-ADA
Operating system: Windows 11 Home version 22H2
Headset: Logitech H390 wired headset connected via USB-A
