Hello everyone,

According to the website, we should be able to order the service through our accounts. However, I'm having trouble finding the option to do so on the website. I've searched extensively but haven't been able to locate it. Can anyone assist me with this? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you log into your account try going to Orders & Quotes / My Orders / Click Show on the order, then scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see "Upgrade this order", it may be in there

Either that or Orders & Quotes / My Spare Parts?

And then the "My Spare parts" section?
