waited for 4 hours to be spoken to on live support by a representative.... i waited it for me to become next in line... but no answer. next thing you know they leave without saying anything.... i said hello a few times but no reply. considering i spent £1.3k on a computer id like to have a word about it

You'd be better off ringing them up, that way you'll be able to get instant and direct contact
