Hi all,
I have an issue with my PC, lately when launching a game I get a short one second distorted sound before the game is loaded, it does not happen with every game, but it does happen on some games, like Wow, crisis 2, Soma, Tomb Raider 2013. I tried to reinstall Windows 10 x64 and see if the problem would appear on a fresh installed Windows 10 with every driver up to date, but it did not fix it, and even without drivers the problem is still there. Then I tried to boot my DVD Windows 7 x64, to see if I would get the same issue on Windows 7, but it won't even let me boot in order to install it, cuz while trying to load my Windows 7 x64 it gets stuck on loading with artifact looking Logo: Here's a video showing how it looks, quality is bad due to my GSM been bad, but it shows enough how it looks:

I'm not sure what is wrong, but when booting Windows 10 x64 to install, no problems there unlike Windows 7.
PC Specs:
Mb: Asrock FM2A55M-VG3
CPU: A8-6600K
RAM: 6GB 1600Mhz (2gb 1600Mhz+4GBMhz)
HDD: SG 500GB 7200RPM
PSU: Thermal Master 500W 20 amps +12V 65% efficiency (TM-500-PSAP-I3)
