Login Failure

I recently put in an order for a PC and have been trying to log into my account to check it's status, but get the "Login Failure" each and every time I try to login, even though I put the correct email and password in... I can only gain access to my account if I reset the password when I want to log in each time... Is this normal? Surely not? Please help.

You need to contact PCS directly. They should get it sorted for you.

I've been having a similar issue lately too. If I enter my password etc on the home page it always fails, but if I enter it again on the failed page it accepts it.

Still not working. I called support/sales/pcs the other day to let them know... Hopefully it should be fixed soon
