longer Warranty?.

Any chance you might increase the warranty from 3 years to 4 years in the future. If I was to spend about £5500 on a new PC?. Just asking.

We have no plans to increase the warranty period from 3 years at present. However, if after the warranty has expired you have a problem you are welcome to call us for tech support and advice. Depending on the issue we may be able to supply parts and possibly carry out the repair for you.

If your pc manages to survive past 3 years with no problems, chances are it will survive the 4th. If not then it would probably be cheaper just to take the computer to your local computer guy and have him fix it rather than have to spend a huge sum of money on an extra years warranty.

Most of the parts in your system are fairly cheap on their own so even if one should go up in a puff of smoke, it would probably end up being cheaper to buy a new one and have it fitted, even more so in 4 years time.

The problem is, that in 4 years time, most of the parts used in your machine wont be produced anymore, therefore its very hard to get hold of these parts, so they would probably have to replace your broken parts with a newer, better product
