It is for Ireland, he hasn't got a monitor but is open to suggestions from purchasing off of pc specialist. this would obviously be at an extra cost on top of the budgetHi there,

Ok, that's fair enough. What budget would there be for the monitor? Is it being purchased on finance? There are sometimes better deals to e had outside on the monitor front, but it's worth having a look see if not limited to one place. Is a keyboard and mouse inclusive of the budget etc?
With an 1800Eur inclusive budget you can get a very good build. The below is what I would recommend for Sim gaming as it has the 7700 CPU (Will offer a bit of extra grunt with simulators). You can easily knock this down to the 7600 to get within budget. The monitor for this level of build is included. I would have a look and see if it can be had for less locally, but if not then it's a good shout.
