I'd change the SLI setup to a single 590 or a 7770 if i have my numbers right.. it may be the 7750 im thinking of.. Im sorry, i can't remember!

As it is on it's own, it's a faster card, so if you save up, later down the line you could add another, which would be much better than dual 560's :) I think if im right, it's the second fastest card available? (back me up tom, im having a slow day, and it's only 24 mins in!)

one stronger card is always better than going for two weaker cards, less power used, less heat output, less fans needed to cool system,

plus a 7950 is the second fastest single gpu on the market currently, and you could get a 7950 and a 650w corsair, then in the future add another 7950.
