Looking to run PC with 4k textures best monitor for this?

Pretty much what it says in the title, going to build a monster PC soon just wanted to know which monitor sound system and other peripherals to go with, will be running mainly Skyrim heavily modded and fallout 4 when it drops any help appreciated
