Loud bang from PSU

Hi all, so this morning I was working at my PC and I heard a loud bang and the wiring circuit went down. Originally I thought it was one of the wall sockets, but after removing the plugs and testing, I realised it was my PC! as when I turned it back on, it made the same loud bang again.
My PC is from PCSPECIALIST and I've only had it since last year May. I have a Corsair 650W PSU.

I don't want to keep on turning it on, in case it catches fire or something, but I'm assuming the PSU has gone kaput. I'm just hoping, my other components are all fine..

I had a 10amp 250v mains plug connected to the PSU if that makes any difference (pretty sure this is same one you get with the PC) and that was then plugged into an extension cord. I plugged it into mains and it did the same thing again.

Stop plugging it into things!

Arrange an RMA through PCS mate, you have a seriously faulty and potentially dangerous PSU. Keep it isolated and contact PCS

did you have it connected via a surge protector, if not your warranty may be void (see below) but yes I'd do as @Steveyg suggested and sort an RMA

Yep.. I have a Belkin Surge Protector, only 1 year old.
