Loud noise and failed startup, new PC

Hi, my PC was delivered yesterday and until 15 minutes ago i was impressed. Before it was working fine and running smoothly while i played some civ, i left the PC running on its own for an hour load up portal and then it start making a loud, on/off buzzing sound. Then i turn the PC off to try and fix this and it wont start and says i have to have system restore, while continueing this buzzing sound. I figured i would ask the forum before i called pcspecialist. Thanks for any help.

Buzzing sound is never really a good thing (obviously). It is most likely coming from the PSU but it is worth checking it is not coming from a fan catching on a cable or something. If its the CPU cooler fan that's catching it may prevent startup but I wouldn't have thought it would be throwing a system restore request.

IMO its the PSU, so your best bet is to call PCS. If you listen beside the PSU is the noise located in that area specifically?
