Loving my new PC

I have never owned a desktop pc before. I always went down the route of getting laptops but at the moment laptops are becoming more of a burden in our household. Usually not so fast and they just end up sitting in the same spot so why not upgrade?

I did some searching online and pcspecialist kept appearing in search results. I did a quick check on alexa.com o see if they were a real company and then looked at their data on archive.org to see how long they had been trading. After finding out they were trading since at least 2004 I decided to give them a try safe in the knowledge that they are a real company with some experience in building PCs.

I don't know enough about making my own towers or about all the different bits a pieces I might need to get one working so I went down the path of getting one pre-made. I know pcspecialist can make a unit to my specifications but I didn't want to wait for the unit to be built so I bought a unit that was already manufactured and ready for shipping that day. The particular model I purchased is called the Vortex E. It has an AMD ryzen 5 3600 processor and Geforce GTX 1660 graphics card. Enough for my uses which usually relates to making websites, and some 3d rendering.

I'm very pleased with the machine I have bought. Its quick, quiet enough with 5 fans running constantly. has plenty of HD space with a 256gb ssd drvie and a 2TB hard drive. Startup times are around 30 seconds.

A really nice desktop with room to grow!

Hi, I'm glad you are enjoying your PC but as someone has mentioned your LED strip has come away from it place inside the case, simply take the side panel off and push the LED back into place, it's held in place by double sided clear tape.
