Macbook Pro Replacement

hey all,
I've been a Mac user for a while and the MacBook Pro has been unbeatable until the most recent MacBook Pro with the touchpad were apple dropped the ball massively.

My main use is for streaming to Twitch, but not the usual streaming that you might be thinking:

I play and stream pinball. As you can see I need multiple inputs - typically 3 HDMI cameras and 3 USB type cameras. I'm also looking for a laptop with Thunderbolt so I can use a Thunderbolt->PCI-E chassis.

Wondering if PCS have what I'm looking for?

I believe the only chassis that have thunderbolt are the Octanes (and Vortex). These are big and relatively heavy desktops replacement laptops with desktop (S-Series) CPUs that are far more powerful than what you usually get in laptop chassis.
