Game codes redacted.

It's not going to be quiet under gaming load. It's not a quiet case and you have a stock CPU cooler and an RX580, and a VS series CPU.

But it depends what kind of noise levels you're getting.

Is there a particular part that is making the noise?

Sometimes holding a tube e.g. empty kitchen roll tube to your ear and moving the other end around various parts of the PC helps identify what the loud bit is. Obviously you'll want to do that with the PC side panel taken off. And be careful not to bump the end into the components - it could damage them, and if you bump a spinning fan it'll hurt your ear too!

I highly appreciate your feedback
Is there any solution because sound is loud enough to annoy one
Any upgrades recommended to make this machine silent

That depends where the noise is coming from

It might not be a question of upgrading. There might be a free solution (e.g. the fan profile has gone wrong, which is a software fix). Or a very cheap solution (e.g. 1 fan is faulty and needs to be replaced).

We need to know whether there's one specific part that is particularly loud.

You should also monitor CPU and GPU temperatures during gaming, e.g. with something like Realtemp or MSI Afterburner.

I have already changed front two fans but noise is still there
It comes from whole machine
As Oussebon says, youll need to monitor temps to identify if cooling is an issue. You can use something like hwmonitor for that. Post back temps when idle and under load.

Then you’ll need to identify which components are causing the worst noise, likely the GPU and CPU.

If the noise increases during gaming, that suggests that fan speed is changing due to increased load.

However the case fans would run at a fixed speed regardless of load (they're not PWM). So it's not surprising that replacing them wouldn't help. Because they were clearly not the problem.
