Ordered and received my PC over 14 months ago which came with 2 Palit GTX 780's.
One recently failed and I thought that I would be paying for a replacement.

Contacted PC Specialist customer support and they asked for the registration number of the failed card so that they could check the manufactures warranty period.
Received this reply from Zach Leatherland "I have just spoken with the guy who deals with the returns and can confirm that this card is in warranty." ~ great news.

Returned faulty card which was received by PC Specialist on the 5th December and received the replacement card yesterday.
Instead of thinking I was going to have to pay £300+ for a new card, it cost me £6 for post and package to return faulty card.
