Memory 667MHz ??

My new desktpp arrived this monday, and i am soooo happy with it. every thing work fantastic.
But the only little problem it that i using 3Dmark to check my system and also CPU-Z , it say my memory have only 667 Mhz, it diferrent with my order ( i think in Pc Specialist, the lowest is 1333mhz )
so ehh .. i need little help with it.

DDR = double data rate, or it means that it can do work at twice its speed, so memory that works at 1333 actually has a base speed of 667
