Me en canta mi nuevo portátil, funciona a la perfección y va muy fluido.
El proceso de fabricación, montaje y pruebas muy detallado y constantemente informado, le doy un 10 a todo el equipo de pcspecialist.

What was even better was the translation of your username @ubuysa apparently the translation is "IT Returns" [emoji23]

I created the name ubuysa a couple of decades ago when I was working in Cape Town. A South African friend of mine was looking for an African sounding name for an online company he was setting up to sell African art abroad (principally to the USA).

It comes from 'you buy SA'. My friend chose not to use it so I kept if for use on fora such as this one. :)

Nice story behind the name...I was kinda hoping that you did indeed work (or worked in the past) in an IT Return department...would've been funny if the translation was spot-on even if the name had just been randomly chosen ;)
Ah. No, my entire IT career has been in large mainframe operating system support. I've been a home hobbyist since before the IBM PC was created, and again it's been the software, particularly the operating system software, that has interested me.

You might be surprised by the huge crossover there is between a PC operating system and a mainframe operating system. The wheel rarely gets reinvented, it's just modified and extended. :)

I am also fascinated by Operating Systems - I have built up my own twist on Linux - and up until recently it had existed primarily in VMs, but as a "fun thing to do" during Covid lockdown, I ordered a really cheap (sub £300) laptop from PCS . sans windows, and built dalix on it from scratch.

Works like a dream, everything, wireless, bluetooth, graphics... Have tested playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on Google stadia, it also includes all my productivity software - fun little project.
