Mic volume too low

Hi, I've ordered my pc from here about 2-3 months ago everything seems perfectly fine except 1 problem my mic volume is too low I've tried so many different headsets thinking it was the problem however I've realised it could be with the pc i do have a 3.5mm splitter i tried putting volume to the max nothing seems to work my friends cant hear me well when i play with them. Is there anyway anyone could help please thank you. Here are my specs.

The headset you linked is the console version which doesn't come with a splitter, where did you source the splitter?

If using the case port, you shouldn't need a splitter as that case has a single mic/headphones combo port...although not all 3.5mm jacks are created equal of course. Assuming you have tried already?
