Micro stuttering

So recently I’ve been running into some issues when trying to play to 2 games I mainly want to play, them being Fortnite and Battlefield 2042. I run both games on the lowest graphics yet still getting a lot of micro stuttering to my fps. I’ve tried pretty much everything when it comes to what google says, basically changing my power plan, shutting down unused programs, turning on game mode, putting the game into high performance under graphic settings. I’ll also like to add that my SSD has at least 400+ GB free space as well, I’ve only had the PC since July 2023.

PLEASE HELP!

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
RAM: 16GB Corsair DDR4
Storage: 1TB EVO SSD
