This will be a good spec for gaming with a reasonable 4GB od RAM coupled with a 2GB GTX 560 graphics card.
thx for answering, which hdd would you advise for gaming then??they are both pretty much the same in gaming terms since they both sport a 6970 gpu. you will be fine with the quad i5 or i7 since you really dont need a six core cpu for gaming. if youre happy to stretch your budget to go for the spec you came up with then go ahead. i would recommend a better hdd than the standard slow ata to improve the performance overall.
