I hope someone can help me build a small form factor PC with a £500 budget;

It's just for uni work, watching HD/UHD movies and casual gaming (GTA5, final fantasy online)

You wont be able to get anything worthwhile at that budget I'm afraid, not even close. Would cost nearer 1k for an entry level system for those requirements. Inflation is still very high and gpu and motherboard prices are the highest they've been for MRP.
