Monitor doesn't display anything when plugged into the GFX Card

GFX Card not detected?

My PC is using the Inboard graphics instead of the GTX 970.Do I need to change anything in BIOS?

Do I need to disable the Intel Processor Graphics to make it work?

So when you plug into the graphics card it doesn't give any picture? Does the graphics card appear in device manager?
