Monitor scaling

Our current monitor has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 with a 23” screen. One user has a scaling setting of 125%, one has 175% to see text clearly.

I am considering buying the U2520D. The resolution of 2560 x 1440 obviously makes the text appear very small.

What is the equivalent scaling percentages to achieve a similar sized text onscreen as we currently have, and will this text be clearer than present?

TBH, I wouldn't suggest anything under 27" for 1440p.

The extra size of the monitor will balance out the resolution scaling.

25" with 1440p is a bit pointless, it's just too restrictive.
