Motherboard/GPU question

Hi

i was looking to upgrade my GPU as its a 1660ti and my motherboard is ROG Crosshair VII Hero (WIFI) but after looking the only real GPU i can find is a 2060 SUPER as rest are out of stock for AMD 5700 series or 2080's.

My question is would the motherboard i have be able to fit and run a 6700 series or not? and is there just a shortage of 5700 GPU's or have they just stopped making them? and is a 2060 SUPER good to upgrade too for my MB?

sorry for all question and i would like to change my GPU to a Radeon as id like to have AMD rather than NVIDIA/INTEL system but not fussed either

i added a 1TB Viper M.2 VPN100 SSD and a second 8GB corsair vengeance DDR4 2400mhz making it 16GB ram thats only things iv added apart from a G5 2k 144mhz monitor
