Motherboard temperatures.

Hey, recently after upgrading my PCS machine to some higher end parts, my motherboard temperature has been reaching over 60 degrees when playing games and is at about 45-48 degrees idle. Is this unusually high? If so, would buying a new case with better airflow be a decent option? Or would adding in a few more case fans fix the issue. (I'll list my specs below)

Case: InWin Mana 136 Black
MoBo: ASUS M5A78L
CPU: AMD FX-8350 3.5Ghz
GPU: Sapphire HD 7970 OC
RAM: Kingston Hyper-X 8Gb
PSU: Corsair CX600M

Thanks in advance.

I've been using a program called 'Speccy'. It gives the temperatures of most components and it seems to be reliable. And no, my CPU and GPU are at stock speeds

I realise that yours is a desktop and not a laptop (which get hotter) but my Optimus IV (i7 CPU) idles at similar temps to your desktop. Personally I wouldn't be worried about those temps. :)

Case and fans can have a big effect on temps, my mobo idles at 27c and cpu idles at 29-30c, higest temp recorded on my cpu (so far...lol) is 55c playing Crysis 3, most games it never gets above 50c

Try another program like HWMonitor as some programs can provide a false reading.
