Getting the mSata drive and a hybrid drive is pointless, as the mSata drive will be used like a cache to speed up your other HDD, seeing as the other drive is a hybrid drive, it would not do anything (well it would, but not signifigant)
I highly recommend buying the 750GB hybrid, or a normal 750GB drive and the mSata.
the mSATA storage is basically a SSD coupled with your HDD, with the most used programs being loaded on to the SSD cache automatically. this speeds up your most used programs.
the Hybrid drive already has an in-built Cache, which loads the most used programs faster. adding an mSATA cache to a drive which already has an SSD Cache in it won't give much improvement compared to a mSATA cache with a normal HDD.
