Multiple issues with my Optimus V

Hello everyone,

I'll get straight to the point. I was very happy when I get my optimus and was pleased with its performance, however since a week ago I've been getting a few issues, chief amongst them being HDMI issues.

1) I output to my TV using HDMI, when I do this and play a film the sound becomes very tinny or the actors have very high pitched voices (hilarious at first, annoying very quickly);
2) As of today the laptop no longer recognises the TV as a HDMI output any more, although whilst the hdmi is plugged in and I restart the laptop it mirrors the boot of the laptop;
3) I opened my laptop today and for the second time it restarted by itself and then telling me a BSOD occurred - following details are below :

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it, I've been in contact with the support team (Jack) through the messaging system and have already upgraded the new drivers for the audio HDMI whatever its called.

Thanks for reading!

If you're already in contact with the PCS support team I would suggest you do exactly what they tell you and work with them to resolve your problem, you'll get more accurate and reliable advice from PCS than you probably will on here.
