My 2080Ti starts venting air and shuts off my monitors

Ive had my pcspecialist desktop for about a month now and couldnt be happier with it but every now and again my gpu will vent air through the back exhaust and shut off display to my monitors, I obviously suspect and overheating issue so ive used corsair icue to put my intake fans on extreme mode but im still averaging 84-83c on division 2 and warframe (i dont feel comfortable with it this high) ive left the side of the case propped open as well just in case.

Just looking on guidance please and if I should send it back to PCS to rectify the issue?

I wouldn't be happy with that cooler on that processor.

Best thing to do is install HWMonitor and monitor both GPU and CPU temps when stressing the system with something like the Unigine Heaven benchmark:

Im currently using GPU-Z and it says the GPU is 42C when idle but averaging 84C when running graphic intensive games such as warframe and division 2

the 42 or 84? With the 2080Ti having a max of 89 wouldnt the 84 generally be a bad temp to be at with constant gaming?

After a quick use of that benchmark PC was handling it at ultra at a steady 135fps with the GPU running at 83-84C so i cant really pinpoint the issue either

after doing some digging ive realised its because its a blower model which tend to suffer with the same issue of not being able to handle the load, so at the moment I feel a bit mislead by PCS because at no point did they notify me to what type of 2080ti they were putting in
