My antivirus will not let me download?

For a long time I have managed to access Utorrent without a problem. Somehow I must have deleted it from my pc and now for no apparent reason my antivirus (Bullguard) will not let me reinstall it and the message says it has been quarantined and not allowed. Is there any way around this please?

My first recommendation would be to fully uninstall the virus called bullguard (I think you'll need to use their uninstalller) and just use windows defender which is built into the OS and is totally free

AV's will often do signature updates that then flag programs as PUPs (potentially unwanted Programs) or worse if they are in fact hijacked.

UTorrent has been rather suspect for a number of years now, not just from installation, but usage after that also.

I would advise finding a suitable torrent manager.
