I have seen some feedback on the forums about PC Specialist and would like to input my own experience. I have just had my second order from PC Specialist despatched today, my first being 2 years ago. Both orders have gone very smoothly for me and although I haven't yet received my second build going off the first it will be perfect. I realise every experience is different but felt after dealing with PC Specialist twice it has been a pleasant experience. Although the live chat is not always manned I have always been able to contact somebody on it although it may mean waiting a few hours for somebody to be available and when using the chat I have been given the information needed and reassurance on my build dates. Both of my orders were completed within 10 working days (first 10, second 9). If anybody is reading this to determine whether they'll order from PC Specialist i have nothing but praise and would recommend it to anybody looking to get a custom built pc.

and also Luke who i've spoken to twice on the live chat who has been very helpful.
