What's the budget?

What does that spec cost?

What are you using the PC for? Any specific games? particular software?

If you are gaming, what monitor will you be using?

I'd spend at most 1400 euros and I would use this pc mostly to play games such as CS GO and more rarely to play games with better graphics like BO4 or Fallout. I don't know which monitor I'll buy but probably a 60hz one. This spec costs about 1390 euros. Thank you for your quick response.

The RX 580 is much cheaper than the GTX 1060, comes with free games, and supports Freesync which will be a lot more relevant to cheaper monitors.

The CPU/mobo/RAM combination is less expensive, will give comparable gaming performance especially paired with a mid-range GPU, and also has features like USB 3.1 Gen 2. Faster RAM can help in some games like Fallout 4 as well.

A 550W PSU might help improve future GPU upgrade options

If getting an M.2 SSD, get a decent one like the WD Black or 970 Evo.

There's not much point to an expensive liquid cooler, since you won't be overclocking

Thank you very much for your quick response, I decided to change my build as you suggested to: CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600x, Ram Corsair VENGEANCE 2933Hz (2 x 8GB), SSD WD Black 250GB, MOBO B450 Plus. But I was wondering what do you think about adding a 1070TI? And also would you suggest a liquid cooler or fan cooler.

The AMD stock cooler is actually decent. You could get a better air or a cheap liquid cooler, but it is not necessary. You don't need an expensive air / liquid cooler unless overclocking.

But I was wondering what do you think about adding a 1070TI?
If you have ~1400€ for the PC, how much do you have for the monitor? I ask because it helps to balance the monitor and the graphics card for the best gaming experience.
