No need for 32GB ram for gaming,8GB would be plenty.
Personally I would go for a 240GB Kingston V300 SSD as your first hard disk and a 750 GB Scorpio black as second.
It's not possible really to predict how long it would play games at max performance,system requirements for new games change all the time but I would expect it to be top notch for quite a while.

Thanks for your input, but it's ready for dispatch.

I also do mass amounts of video and sound editing so the extra RAM is vital and will be useful as the editing gets heavier. Which, is also why I need heaps of space.

Ah,didn't realise you plan on video editing,still a lot of ram though even for that,but your choice. :)
