Sorry for the bad image quality but the system didn't allow me to upload bigger than 1MB photos....

Quick technical Infos about my laptop:

Intel® Core™ i5 Quad Core Processor i5-10210U (1.6GHz, 4.2GHz Turbo)
16GB Corsair 2666MHz SODIMM DDR4 (1 x 16GB)
NVIDIA® GeForce® MX250 - 2.0GB DDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12
256GB INTEL® 760p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 3210MB/sR | 1315MB/sW) x2 (1st and 2nd storage too)

I ordered this laptop because I'm an enthusiast photographer and I'm traveling a lot and I needed some lightweight but powerful enough laptop to do post-processing and light video editing. I had a small struggle at the beginning because of the processor... i5 or i7... the difference worth that £100+ extra, but after a few chats with IT friends and checked few benchmarks I decided i5 will be enough. The laptop itself weighs only 1.05 kg. Amazing. I love it already. Yes, full plastic housing but honestly I don't care. I always take good care of my laptops and stored them in a good case. I already tested the Lightroom and running smooth, everyday task are flawless and I tested the gaming capability with Just Cause 4 and running well (I'm not really gaming it was just a test and because I like Just Case 4) Video editing wasn't tested yet but will coming soon... (I don't know is possible to update my review but if yes I will update with my video editing experience later)

This was my first experience with Pcspecialist. I have to say I'm really impressed. The customer services are outstanding!! I had a few questions before I ordered my laptop and they answered after less than one day and I had more questions/requests about my laptop via live chat and it was always fast and helpful.

The laptop is great. Typing on a keyboard is totally okay for me, the only problem the Enter key... looks like is working if you using the middle of the key if I push the lower part nothing happening, but I guess this is because of the switch mechanism under the keys... but I can live with it. The keyboard backlit is okay, but can be a bit more powerful/bright and from an angle not really visible...

The screen is very good and light. I like the thin bezels around.

Webcam..... I'm not using at all (it wasn't an option I don't want built-in webcam :D ) If I do any video calls I'm using my phone so I don't have any experience with the webcam.

Touchpad. Not using too... I really hate touchpads... I tested a little bit and it was okay for me...

Speakers. 99.9% I'm using a headphone or my laptop is connected to a TV or monitor so I'm not using the built-in speakers. For me is okay for that small use i ever will use.

Design.... This is the other thing I don't really care.. I bought my laptop for editing, web browsing, etc. and not flashing I have a fancy Asus/Apple, etc. laptop. For me it looks good I like the discrete logo on the lid. Small and light and I like it.

Fan noise. If I'm not editing the fan is almost silent. When I'm editing is noisier but it's not a problem for me.

Battery life... I don't really tested yet fully but looks like with normal, easy use can run on battery up to 4 hours at least... I guess with editing this will go down around 1.5-2 hours maximum. But I never had something so important I have to edit when I'm on the road so I'm okay with it.

I hope I don't miss anything. I'm happy with my order and I hope this happiness will not change later after longer use. If I will be satisfied later too I'm sure my next laptop or PC will come from Pcspecialist. I get the same power for a less price than big brands...

I hope in the future will be an option to buy Fusion V maybe with more RAM because that's was my main problem I need a dedicated graphic card and as much RAM as possible but in a small and lightweight housing. Fusion IV offers a maximum of 16GB RAM and MX250 with 2GBVRAM.. Lafité Pro offers more RAM up to 24GB but just with integrated graphics... so I really hope so in the future will come to the mixture of this 2. Usually, I using my laptops 3-4 years long... so I hope in the future I can buy a Fusion V or even Fusion VI with 32GB RAM and a great dedicated video card. In the same form factor. Maybe a bit bigger battery but a maximum of up to 1.3 kg.
