If you have the feeling that the laptop itself is running (perhaps lights and fans come on), but you just can’t see anything, try to connect it to a second screen or even a TV. If you can see it working fine on there, it is very likely that the screen of your laptop (or the screen cable) is faulty or about to fail.

See if it makes a difference if you move the lid of the laptop, which would indicate the cable rather than the screen itself. The same goes if it shows flickering, which should be getting better/worse when moving the lid.

Unfortunately, it is likely that this is a hardware issue and will in most cases only be redeemable through booking an RMA, which you can do with us over the phone or in your customer account on our website. We do not send out screens for customers to repair themselves, as they tend to be damaged during transit.
