Hello... im Chris, 19 and a moderate gamer amd wanted to get something to handle what I play better than my normal laptop :)

I play League of Legends right now but now I have a better pc id look into various things steam has to offer....

What do you guys think of this...

I would have chosen a different set up. No need to have an nvidia dedicated gpu with an API CPU. The case is not suitable for a gaming rig and you may want to consider at least silver warranty.

Iv got 2 options then, which do you recommend sir?

Remove the Nvidia GPU off the Original Post and go with all of that but take out the GPU, or the latest spec iv just posted - would that work better?

Preferably less than 500, only because I wont be doing "major" gaming on it (nothing like BF4 at all) - it literally would be league of legends and a few indie games off steam eg borderlands/amnesia - therefore I dont want it to be overkill haha


Would you say remove gpu from original post and just get the best apu processor they offer or shuffle it all round

I wouldn't go with an apu cpu, the spec below is significantly better for gaming than any of the ones you posted. The case you keep selecting is not suitable for a gaming pc, you need a better case for better cooling/airflow especially if you are adding a dedicated gpu.

Keynes would the set up you listed Run League of Legends at 60fps or more?? Thats thw main game I play hence not needing to spend 800 or so (plus can always upgrade in future)

Try to look for benchmarks online with the HD 7850 but I would expect you to run LoL at the highest settings.

Benchmarked and apparently for sub 200 quid its one of the fastest clock speeds, 2gb memory and rated at 7.3/10... not too shabby

Yes the Caviar Black is much better than the standard sata drive you selected before.
Even though a lot of people who play LoL seem to have wooden PC's and take forever to load, atleast you will be happy sitting on Summoning waiting for everyone else.

Id like both fast loading times and as high FPS as I can get out of it, 60 on high will be brilliant, and the lower I pull them down the more fps I get :')

Excited now... so basically paying this 500 maybe 550 is going to be absolutely fine, no need to splash anymore
