I'm sure it will run absolutely fine, you're never going to receive anything under-par from PCS.

The comment relates to the selection of the components. There are far better options that would pair better together for a better performance, that's all. It goes without saying that advice should be sought out prior to purchasing, as more often than not there's not a wider understanding of the individual components and how they pair together.

My guess is that the build had a good discount on it though, so it may have been a bargain. Hard to know.

On this specific build, the obvious notes are:

3700X isn't the best value compared to the 3800X right now
The B450 Motherboard is an old model, current version is the B550.
The RAM is a slower variant. AMD likes 3000Mhz+, we mostly recommend 3200Mhz for optimal performance vs £
GPU - Depends on your monitor, you would need a 1440p 144hz monitor to make the most of it.
256GB Drive wouldn't be considered enough nowadays, 500GB is the recommended minimum. It'll support Windows and programs etc, with no issues, but if you wanted a few games on there and some headroom for updates, it's going to disappear fast.
TXm Psu would be recommended for a gaming rig over the VS
Wifi card has known problems with signal strength and throughput. It's very cheap, the AX200 is almost always recommended. Fine if you are connecting via cable though and just need it for the odd connection.

I had advice over the phone, thanks anyway. I’m very happy and it’s fun all my games on ultra so it does what I need it to do. If I need to update and upgrade then I can.
