My new Vortex II 17.3" awesome beast

I would like to introduce the awesome beast that arrived from PCS the other day via the very nice man from DPD. The whole process was so pain free. I read a couple of horror stories from certain disgruntled customers but they seemed to have made things difficult for themselves rather than PCS being at fault but you never know. I myself cannot fault PCS, lovely people. When I got my laptop on one of the drives was not displaying, quick call to technical help 5 minutes before they shut, rapid remote help later and all fixed. Brilliant.

Got one of these just under a month ago, and i have never experienced a laptop like it. Got mine with a GTX580M and 16Gb of Ram. Utter beast....BF3 on ultra at a more than acceptable 50 - 60 fps, Skyrim on Ultra at 60- 70 fps....Solid build and lightening fast service from PCS.....enjoy!!!!

How on earth are you getting 60-70 on skyrim? Ive got a 15", gtx580 with 8gb ram and the scorpio black hdd (ssd due this week) and only getting around 20fps on ultra

I also have a GTX580M (specs in sig) and can only get around 30fps on ultra - I think he made a mistake in his post or has recorded the results wrong.

Skyrim on my awesome beast is running nicely that's all I've got to say. I think I've been playing it for about 8 hours now and am still pretty much just running around the woods.

It may be gents, that he doesn't have bf3 set to max AA, maybe only 4x AA
