After having my Toshiba laptop for 12 years it finally gave up, found PC Specialist, did my homework first by reading reviews of the company, they were very good so took the plunge.

Review
The laptop was delivered securely, they even took notice of my email asking to be delivered Friday so dispatched Thursday. Took about an hour to get up and running, a day or so to install all my graphics software, web development, a couple of games and music authoring software, the extra RAM certainly helps, it takes approx. 4 seconds to load up, didn't realise how slow my other pc was
Overall I am very impressed with it, now have the ability to split the screen over two monitors
Downside
The only thing I'm not happy with are the built in speakers, for the money I paid I would have expected better, they sound very tinny, my previous laptops speakers were awesome quality
Recommendations
Would I order from PC Specialist again - Most definitely
They are very quick at answering questions
I am hoping sometime next year to be buying a replacement gaming PC, mine is now 12 years old, still running strong but somewhat dated, will hand it over to parents to use
