My spec was slightly adjusted when I received it yesterday and realized I'd forgotten to order a PCI card...d'oh!
Build time from ordering to receiving took almost exactly three agonizing weeks, but it was worth the wait. With regards to the PCI card, I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone and he had it dispatched and I got it this morning. I then phoned up and someone else helped me install it. It took some time as he didn't realize I had been sent a PCI-E card, rather than a PCI card, but he admitted fault and apologized for the additional time it had taken to install it. He was both patient and well spoken, and am very grateful for him putting up with me for 40 minutes (I didn't know the difference between the two types until he told me). I'm now typing this from that very computer!
There was only one other issue I had, and that's my speakers. I ordered a set of £10 speakers, which have yet to arrive. The man I spoke to yesterday said they would be sent out, and I had hoped they would arrive today with the PCI-E card, but no such luck. I'll give them a call tomorrow to chase an update.
Aside from those two things, one of which was my fault, and the other not, the PC is superb! I'm installing all my steam games as we speak, and can't wait to play games that not only could I not play on my laptop, but will be able to play on max settings and without lag!
Should the time arise in the future when I need a new pc or to upgrade this one, PC Specialist will most certainly be my first point of call!
