PCS are absolutely amazing and cannot be faulted, mine took just 7 working days to be built and tested, I've had no problems (only minor ones) and after asking, they said they would even overclock my PC over the phone if I wanted it.
The build process was pretty quick and I was well informed of when it moved on to the next stage
Overall PCS can't be faulted and have helped me every where they can

Delivery
The delivery process was delayed by one day and was delivered by DPD, its not major as it was a Christmas present and arrived well in time and other than that which I understand the reason for, im completely happy with their service and have had products from PCS delivered since then and not had a problem

Case
When I first saw this case, I pretty much fell in love with it, I hadn' really even looked into it much, mainly because there is very little info on the internet, but I went with it and also got the matching CPU cooler

Cooling wise the case is very impressive and I get pretty good temps, even with all the fans on minimum via the fan controller
The large bay things at the front have a great lock in feature, saving me from screwing everything in, these are also bright yellow and make the inside of the case look great, the hard drive bays are very good and also have the option to natively use 2.5” HDDs, rather than brackets, only problem is the cables behind the cage causing my HDDs to pop out

The front fan is 23cm and has white LED, this may seem a terrible idea, but is not as bad as some might think although I've found this fan pretty poor in shifting air, even at max, a good thing though is that this has a fan filter on it, it would have been impossible to find a fan filter otherwise, the bottom fan slot also has a filter built in which also saves some extra case, this slot can take up to 14cm although I currently have an old 80mm fan sitting there for extra intake. The PSU also has an easily removable filter which may turn out to be a godsend in a few months or years. The back and top fan are both pretty good fans, although the yellow one should have S-Flow built in to it, I think the front and top 23cm fans should also be yellow to match the case.

I haven't had any problems with the fan controller that’s built in, although I'm not sure if its putting the fans to their full potential, its not overly important though and I have an extra fan controller now for any new fans (will be getting 4 yellow fans on the side). The other parts to the top are good and haven't caused any problems, other than the USB3 which requires a cable to run from the back to the front, I'm unsure why. The little mat bit is a great idea and is a great place to keep all my memory sticks

Cable management is great on this case and from the front I have very little wire showing, but I’m thinking a few extra millimetres at the back definitely wouldn't go a miss, the rubber grommets are a very good idea, and also down a lot of the sides on the edge of the metal, its curved and allows for a wire to fit perfectly and hidden from view.

PSU looks pretty comfy, no problems there...

The PCI slots have easily removable switches although for some reason PCS didn’t install these and used screws instead, not sure why, but it may be a project for me later on.

The venom logo on the other side is a great feature, its just a shame I can't see more of it at the moment.

To install new DVD drives or fan controllers, its a very confusing process, you must first, remove the front, by pulling from the bottom then top, then you must remove the mesh covers from this part to allow the device to be seen. Then you must pull off these metal parts, which are pretty tough to get off and aren't really made to be put back on, at least that’s what it seems like. One of the mesh panels also has the 3.5” adapter thing and also the tray behind it

This case, when working it out is amazing value for money, and with a few small changes they could easily sell this for £200+
Cooler

The voodoo cooler fits in perfectly with the theme of this case and looks great as well, it has 2 12cm Viper fans and they cool excellently, I've read reviews and there are a lot of coolers that are better, but for the price, its in a higher rank than it should be.
My CPU idles at around 33-34c although its not really idle as I have multiple programs open including Firefox and a video file, this decreases when its in proper idle, and also, all my fans are on minimum settings on the fan controller and the cooler is set to 'silent' mode. So all around pretty impressive, I thought it best mention that by the looks of it, this case should be able to squeeze in a 14cm cooler such as the NH-D14

Pics will be here very soon, just waiting on my memory card reader to easily load them all up
