Hold on, that steel series icon is nehamic I think, unless you've installed some other steel series stuff. You said you'd only installed updates but steams on there also.

It's all installed fine. You can see the steel series driver there, plus nehamilic is in running programs.

Ok, sorry, I'm really struggling to get answers here, you said you'd only installed windows updates, you didn't mention steam and headphones etc.

In that case, if you download the driver zip from your PCS account, and install the audio drivers.

You may find nehamic and sonar conflict, I would personally uninstall sonar firstly.
