Name that sound!

What's that sound you hear in movies (usually in spy films) when it cuts to a top secret location and when the text at the bottom of the screen appears saying something like:

"Somewhere in the desert 0800 hours."

It makes like a beepy digital noise thing like a scrambled signal as it appears.

Can someone tell me the name of that kind of sound? Don't know if that makes sense. I want to use it for this film I'm doing but can't find it anywhere :/

But I didn't say it was sunny here today, I just call it "Sunny Cornwall". Anyway we, in Helston had some lovely "Liquid Sunshine" this morning!
