Need a gaming spec

Hi all I need some help I have a round a £600-£700 budget, I am looking for a pc with windows 8 as I like new things :) I currently have a: AMD 965 x4 3.4 ghz (stock fan is so noisy :( drives me mad), 4gb ram, gtx 560ti which I can move into a new system hopefully. The case is a cheap one so basically I need a whole new rig maybe minus the gpu if its still good enough.
I have a very tight budget so I doubt I can put a ssd in there with the budget I have so any help would be good.

do you think I should keep the current gpu or upgrade? and is their a massive difference choosing to go with amd?

also I use wireless broadband at home

For more CPU intensive applications and a few games that are more processor bound the i5 will perform better. For wireless you could get a pair of home plugs. Regarding the gpu it depends on what games you play and the fps you are expecting.

This would be a good solid spec for £700 without the graphics card.
My thinking is,you could use your 560Ti and if you find it's not good enough for what you want to do in future, you could either buy another 560Ti to use in SLI or when you have enough money together upgrade to a 670 or something like that.
I also selected windows7 as you have until January 31st to upgrade to windows8 pro for £14.99,and if you dont like it you can always reinstall windows7.
The motherboard is wifi capable.

last thing I have 2 external HDD that I keep most files on like music etc, so 500gb hdd would be ok I think
Depends what you intend installing on it,500GB might be fine for you,but the 1TB drive would only be something like another £11.

Sorry to have another question guys, is their a massive difference between having a intel and a amd, I know the performance takes a bit of a hit, but the price is alot cheaper. can any one spec me a budget of 600-700 amd gaming system with gpu

For most games it should be fine, the i5 will be better for more processor bound games,. You will be ok with the PSU, you may want to upgrade to a corsair PSU.

I run most games off a 965 x4 and do all right on most games. Would the motherboard support a i5 if at a later date i wanted to change my processor

If you go with an AMD CPU and want to switch to an intel CPU you need a new motherboard.
