Need a good gaming pc configuration!

Hi there. I'm ordering a pc specifically for gaming. I would love someone to make a configuration for me as I have no knowledge on what to get! I would like it to run games like World of Warcraft battlefield 3 etc at high frame rates and good graphics. I also want it to handle recording and editing software. My budget is around £800. If someone could help me that would be great!

For your budget is probably the best gpu you can get, it should max the 2 games you mentioned.

If i was to add say 150 onto the budget could you do a lot with that? and maybe make the spec better? Thanks.

Would downgrading to a Gtx 660 and putting in an i7 processor be more benfitial for the computer? i believe the 660 can handle graphics to a good degree.

Depends on the games you wish to play, the gtx 660 is probably a mid-range/average gpu for gaming. From the title my understanding was that it was mainly for gaming but I noticed the video editing at the end. An I7 will be more beneficial for editing but downgrading to the gtx 660 in my view is not a good idea if you wish to play demanding games at high settings.

How about a Gtx 760 With an i7. Would that be able to play semi demanding games at high settings? i can always upgrade my Gpu in a few months or so.

Unless you are doing video editing for a living I would stick with the i5 + best gpu within your budget. The i7 is not going to provide any noticeable improvement in gaming performance only in CPU intensive applications or those that benefit from hyper threading

Yes, if it is mainly for gaming I would stick with the i5.
