Need advice

Ok so I just got my bitfenix extension cables but for some strange reason when I put the 24 pin cable in I lose usb3

Perhaps one of the pins is faulty? Should be possible to check with a multimeter?

Although I would imagine if a pin was faulty the PC would have other issues.

O'k thanks I think i'll get a new one sent out as I have now plugged it in 3 times and I get the same outcome every time.

Hope you get another one swiftly! It would irritate me to no end if I had all the other cables in apart from one!
