The best is the biggest possible PC case with most holes šŸ˜‚ That would be Corsair 5000D Airflow or 5000X with RGB fans (but 5000X has less holes). There're a few other great cases: 680X and Corsair Obsidian 500D SE...

It depends on where you'll keep it (floor or on desk), how much space you have, if you want RGB fans, also if you play more or edit/stream as gaming won't run CPU so hot as continues heavy editing or streaming. H100i is perfectly fine for 5800X, but I always go with better coolers just to have extra cooling. But it's just me being extra cautious.

I believe you need to add fans to the order as the case only comes with 2 also if your going to be using a ethernet cable can get rid of the wifi card to save some pennys

Specs looking good, but now it's time to imagine how it will look. 5000D airflow has two prebuilt non-RGB case fans: one in front for intake and one in back exhaust. GPU heat will naturally go up, CPU heat will be distributed with H115i Capellix being in top roof which has 2 RGB fans. Those two fans will help to exhaust GPU heat too...

Lights... You won't have any in front and back, just in the roof. I'd consider aesthetics now. It all depends on your own preferences: if you want more, less or no RGB at all.

Take a standard paste because your cooler comes with a very good preapplied paste. If you choose extreme, PC builder would take off the preapplied paste and distribute the extreme one themselves. Preapplied option is better: saves money and also guarantees paste applied by manufacturer standards which is important for paste.
