Need help finishing Corsair 500R Carbide Window Mod

So yesterday i added in my clear acrylic perspex window where the mesh panel was and like i have seen this problem with many other
people is that the "lip" type metal parts that held the mesh plate as you will see in the photo below... I need a material of product that can
hide those parts almost like a trim along the whole edge of the window mod that looks good and covers the "lips"

So here is the set up

Any help would be much appreciated!!! I am working on getting Black/Red Single sleeved Corsair AX 750/850 Set, 4 replacement(awesome) fans that have no LED's, 2 25cm sets of Red Cathode molex adaptive LED's

Hey mate, i had the same problem as you when i did mine.

I just painted a border around it to hide it :)

If im honest, i messed up the prep, so it didn't turn out as great as i wanted, but heres some pics:

I'm tempted to rip it out and start a new piece this summer.

Window trim? And Corfate iv been looking around and as far as i can see thats really one of the only (somewhat easy) options
