need help for my new pc

hi there i just got my new pc from pcs, connected everything and when i turned it on, windows came out, and after that iy
says -windows could not complete the installation. to install windows. restart the instsllation.. and i restarted, it still
shows up? am
i missing anything? thanks!

Looks like sys-prep has failed, do you have a windows 7 cd to do a clean installation from?

yes its comes from win7 cd.. but when i reinstalled it, its asking for cd key (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx) saying its supposed to be on the back of the case/booklet, but i cant find it..

There should be a sticker attached to the back of your actual PC.
