Need help on new PC.

Hi guys, I want to take my first venture into acquiring a gaming pc. I'm not clueless about the latest trends and changes within the market however, I definitely need some pointers. I do not have a build in mind as I want help from someone who is more familiar with this topic to suggest one. My budget is £1.2-1.5k for just the PC alone.
Uses:

• University work. (Microsoft office apps, Cisco packet tracer, wireframe, dreamweaver[Any programming software])
• Gaming. (GTA V, LOL, COD,[few triple AAA titles here and there])
• General use i.e. Browsing, netflix/youtube etc.

So will this come out the box ready? or do I have to install some things? Ideally I want it to be plug and play.

It comes fully configured, you just have to run windows updates as normal when you receive it.

You'll have to install all your own software of course.
