Need Help with creating a pc

hey all,
as the title suggests i need a desktop pc made within a price range of 250-350 with the monitor included if possible. basically what i'm after is a pc to download alot of music fast and also to have the memory to store the music on. Any help will be appreciated, thanks

Sorry to burst your bubble but for 350 quid your not gonna get complete set up on here for that price try ebay? or consider a cheap laptop?

yeh you're not going to get that, and definitely not with a monitor.

a near matching is to consider a mini pc if its just for typical use and music downloading.
